Colbert Seto is a seasoned IT leader and is currently a volunteer instructor with the CIO Council of Hawaii IT Leadership Academy.

Colbert has combined his business knowledge with IT to lead the IT departments in other organizations. Prior to the Leadership Academy, Colbert served as the Chief Information Officer at Hawaii Dental Service (HDS). He has also led teams at Ohana Pacific Health, Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific, American Savings Bank and Hawaii Pacific Health. He has over 20 years experience in the information technology industry.

Prior to his time in IT, he was an electrical engineer working for several construction consulting engineering firms and the Navy Public Works in Hawaii. He earned a Bachelor of Science of Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a graduate of McKinley High School.
