Colbert Seto is a seasoned IT leader that is currently with Hawaii Dental Service (HDS) serving as their Chief Information Officer (CIO). Colbert leads a team of technologists that support and implement all information technology needs of the organization.

Colbert has combined his business knowledge with IT to lead the IT departments in other organizations. Prior to HDS, he has led teams at Ohana Pacific Health, Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific, American Savings Bank and Hawaii Pacific Health. He has over 20 years experience in the information technology industry.

Prior to his time in IT, he was an electrical engineer working for several construction consulting engineering firms and the Navy Public Works in Hawaii. He earned a Bachelor of Science of Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a graduate of McKinley High School.
