Tim Minick is the AVP, Director of Cybersecurity Risk Management for Pacific Guardian Life. He worked previously as vCIO and vCISO of MorphIT, an executive IT management and security consulting service provider, and as a lecturer at Hawaii Community College on Ethical Hacking.

He earned his Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the University of Liverpool, his AS in Digital Equipment Technology from Washtenaw College, and has studied business management & finance and mechanical engineering at Schoolcraft College. He holds certifications in IT security (CISSP: Certified Information System Security Professional) and project management (PRINCE2 Foundation).

Tim is a Secretary and board member of ISC2 and a member of the University of Hawaii/Hawaii Community College Information Technology Program Advisory Committee.
